Holding On, Praying Earnestly. There is HOPE. waiting faithfully in Him for Ecclesiastes 3:11 ♥ HINENI
"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." -Jeremiah 29:11
"For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline” (II Timothy 1:7, NLT).
So many people today are missing out on God’s abundant life of joy, peace, and victory because they keep giving in to fear. They are afraid to make a decision, they are afraid to confront issues, they’re afraid to step out in faith, they’re afraid of the past, and they’re afraid of the future. But as believers, we don’t have to live that way.
Fear is not from God. God has given you power, and His power is greater than the power of any of your fears. You have to make a decision to deal aggressively with fear. You can’t be passive and expect to live in victory. The only way to conquer fear is to confront it head on. As long as you’re running from your fears, just ignoring them, or sweeping them under the rug, you’re not going to get any better. Refusing to deal with fear doesn’t make it go away. Instead, decide to be finished with fear. Be strong-willed and determined knowing that the enemy is defeated.
Today, declare God’s Word that says you can be bold and strong! Be finished with fear so you can move confidently into the destiny He has in store for you!
The more I trust in Divine Providence throughout this difficult time, even though there were shadows of doubt creeping in here and there, I know for certain that the angels and the saints would always be there to guide and protect and I should’ve trusted in God more instead of filling my brain with stuff that’s literally ruining my present life
Being a daughter of God is not expressed in your receiving of love from those around you. It’s in your willingness to give as much love as your Father has given to you. Your light is not dependent on someone else’s reaction to you, it is dependent on the grace of God.
God knew there would be times when we would be tempted to waver in our confession of hope. Maybe you are believing for something and you’re starting to think, “Is this really for me? Will this really ever happen?” If that’s you today, remember, He who promised is faithful! And His faithfulness doesn’t depend on your ability to figure it all out. His faithfulness doesn’t depend on the plans we can make or the scenarios we can come up with; He’s faithfulness depends on His Word which never changes!
Declare His Word and hold on to your confession of hope today. Be confident that God can make a way when there seems to be no way. Even when your mind may waver, don’t allow your confession to waver. Declare that God is working behind the scenes on your behalf. Declare that He Who began a good work in you is faithful to complete it. Remember, there is power in your words and power when your words are in agreement with His Word. As you hold on to your confession of hope, you’ll see His faithfulness, and you’ll move forward into victory in every area of your life.
“I waited patiently for the Lord to help me, and he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the pit of despair…He set my feet on solid ground…He has given me a new song to sing…” (Psalm 40:1-3, NLT).
Have you ever felt like you were in a pit of despair? Just like God lifted David out, God is going to lift you out. Where you are right now is not where you’re going to stay. There are brighter days up ahead for you filled with favor, promotion, and increase. As you walk uprightly before Him, no good thing will He withhold from you.
Notice that God gives us a new song. We have to do our part to sing that song. That means you don’t go around talking about your problems, how bad things are, or how you’re never going to make it. No, you have a song of victory! If somebody asks you how you’re doing, your attitude should be, “I’m too blessed to be stressed! I’m moving forward in strength and power.” Remember, praise precedes the victory, and the Bible tells us that God is enthroned on our praises. As you magnify and lift Him up, He will lift you up out of your despair. He’ll set your feet on solid ground, and you’ll move forward in joy and victory in every area of your life.
